Keep fit simple

I believe fitness and training has been hijacked by the fitness-marketing bods. If we want to get fit we are led to believe this can only be done using the latest hi-tech gym equipment to exercise muscles we've never heard of. I propose we just enjoy our sport and keep fit in the process of play. Let's forget about our core, quads, pecs and glutes and work everything as nature intended - all together!
